My objective is train you to do Flips, Rentals and/or other types of activities.
I DO NOT have a cookie-cutter program, everyone is different so the program is tailored to your current situation and your goals. Some people could learn and be comfortable doing deals themself in 6 months or it might be 18 months - NO TIME LIMIT.

The vast major of coaches just train people on doing Wholesaling (like "We Buy Ugly Houses" HomeVestors company) which is one type. It requires lots of marketing and strong negotiating skills, so it is challenging to do as an individual.
